Equipment: HIs moms skull, a bunch of puppet making equipment. Infinate bag of holding.

Abilities/Power: Capable of infusing people into his dolls, as long as the doll is a likness of the person. And he has a strand of their genetic code. This gives the doll all the persons powers, and they're self consious.
Controls all of the dolls with his mind, no need for strings. This includes dolls he infuses people with, they may want to refuse. but they cant.

Vincent smiled at the child, It was nice, no matter how many times it tried to shoot him. "Its okay little one, I mean you no harm, I bring you food, I have no use for it...I do not eat..." Vincent said offering the child who just put a 44 slug into his forhead a peice of bread. He looked so happy, He would need some wax to fix the wound later.

History:Truely belives Mooch and A.N.G.E.L.S. killed his mother, hes currently chasing them down to slay them, for revenge. Even though he has doubts about how hes going to do this, because mooch saved his life at the same time.
