Need to live Flashback: The Knights of Alexia

Feng Mei stood out in front of the gate staring across the lake with a fierce determination that was unusual for her.  She stood arms crossed as she and yet nothing came, that could be seen.  She was remembering remembering The time when she first met Alexia how everything started for her She was beginning to remember it all...."Yes that time I think I'm gonna have to go back..."  She muttered to herself.


In the past unknown date

Dragons were always an issue, they never really liked the Humaniods. The vast majority felt like they were young upstarts and the others?  Well, they thought of them at least in general as lower beings.  Agatha Heliana Martin walked towards this dragon without a trace of fear it looked like a classic Chinese dragon no wings long serpent body but it was obviously female.  It was too big to be male and it had thicker scales for defending it's brood.  Agatha was a tall woman standing at 7 feet with black hair, pale skin and blue eyes she wore a black dress that flowed behind her gently in the wind not betraying anything as she moved forward towards the snarling beast.  Agatha was expecting to be attacked as she continued on her way.  In fact she was counting on it, the one thing dragons responded to was power.  A large western dragon made a grab at her first, big mistake.  Agatha's body simply became smoke that wrapped around the dragon as she reappear on it's chest the smoke coming together to become her body again.  She drew back her fist and with surprising strength for her frame punched the dragon right in the chin sending it into other members of the horde.  She touched down lightly on the ground as if nothing had happened and continued her March on the Large female dragon Who was now smiling at her, a fanged grinned that sent shivers down the spine of any sane creature.  Fortunately Agatha had no use for sanity and threw it away long ago.

 "I assume you know why I am here then?"  She asked the large creature, who nodded and glowed taking a human form of a young woman with red hair and horns.

"You are here to ask me 'that' are you not?"  The dragon replied ignoring the shock and displeasure of the dragons around her.  

"Yes it seems that soon now it will be necessary the children are exactly like you described..."  Agatha said a sour note in her voice.  The dragon chuckled at this.

"I see, very well My spirit is strong enough to do as you request I will Grant you this wish but for both our children...let this not be in vain."  The dragon mother said her eye's flashing a dangerous gold.  Agatha nodded she was a mother as well and the last thing she wanted was to endanger either of their children.

"Very well I will take care of things on my end...Good luck Motula."  She said putting emphasis in strange areas to emphasis the joke.

"Just go I have work to do."  The dragon snarled a wide grin on her face as she turned to her brood and raised her hand walking over the hill her children following close behind.  Agatha nodded and turned she had two girls to tend to...she needed to get back home...

Some time later After Alexia's powers awoke.

"It's not taking over the world that's the hard part it's the building of an army and maintaining it so you can that is..."  Alexia complained to her self she had plenty of willing warriors who had seen her power for themselves and were willing to go into hell with her...but her army was volunteer based as of now.  that was an issue as soon as things got rough there was nothing save for Alexia herself to stop the soldiers from bailing.  She was tired as well she was working all of the last few days under an umbrella so the sun wouldn't harm her on a temporary headquarters.  Fortunately with the help of a few skilled carpenters she had managed an impressive looking one.  Alexia just wanted to sleep but she couldn't yet she needed something more, something new, something vibrant.  She looked at the battle plans there was a tree directly in the path....why was a specific tree marked down as an obstacle?  She looked around until she found a soldier that was free.  This had to be addressed.

"Excuse me?  But I took another look at this and found something that doesn't make any sense."  she said she was still small hell she was still young but she was respected, that much was apparent.  The soldier laid down his weapon and went to one knee, his actions declaring a sworn fealty self owned and sworn by his choice alone.

"What is it madame?  I will do all I can."  He said offering his hand to look at what ever she was confused about.  Alexia nodded pleased with his answer, she enjoyed having people who got things done around.

"It's just that there, right here in our pathway, is a tree marked down here for no apparent reason.  At least for none that is given, it doesn't say anything it's just a tree.  I'm concerned because the path we're taking leads us directly to it...are you okay?" She asked the soldier had been getting paler and paler the more she spoke and it worried her  She was sure she hadn't been feeding on her soldiers .  He nodded and stood up moving towards the window Alexia followed as he pointed in the direction they were heading.

"In that direction, milady...is the Cherry Tree of the Girl from No Where...her power has been said to stop armies in their tracks she has smashed conquers before they started because they threatened her tree or so the stories go...from my experience the legends are half true she is a force we should not tamper with I suggest simply passing by her."  He said gravely looking at the soldiers,he didn't want to think of the loses.  Alexia however, was grinning her smile devilish and frightening.

"Is that so?  I think I found what is was that I was missing..."  She said starting to walk away from the soldier her moving headquarters wasn't really that big so she didn't really move far.

"Missing something mam'?  What is that?"  He asked confused as she had not alluded to missing anything before hand.  Alexia turned to him her fangs gleaming in the light of the sunset.

"A challenge my dear friend, A challenge."  She walked out of the room and left the soldier to do with that knowledge as he would.

As far as Feng Mei knew she was an orphan, nobody was ever around and she grew up alone. She never stayed in one spot, though she traveled all over learning from monks and martial artists as if she was on a mission and strangely they were all willing to teach her. She spent years training under several different masters and learning from the street brawlers. She spent most of her time with the Shaolin monks and The Monks of Alestriomia where she learned many different things. Because..no thanks to those monks, she could see the energy inside a person and fight by targeting it, she quickly became adept at chi techniques. She learned how to redirect energy when it is expelled as a projectile and even focus it inside her own body. Feng Mei was the most powerful fighter in the country side...then Asia then Europe as well... She watched her masters wither and die and saw her legend follow suit she didn't understand why they kept getting older while she stayed relatively the same...it didn't matter...one day while she was sleeping under a cherry blossom...it all went so wrong. She had been abused and left for dead before and now her masters gone and she was trapped somewhere she didn't recognize...all she had was the tree. She would crush all that endangered it, the only thing she really had to remind her of the past...of her home. She had followed her rule, attacking innocents even at her own danger was something she could not do...and it ended her up here. Frustrating was putting it lightly she was abused by those she protected and eventually everyone died anyways, she was losing purpose...

Alexia's army marched on undeterred by the new fact that they were heading towards a legend, in fact they seemed almost rushed and excited. This was likely due to a rumor that had spread that Alexia was going to the front lines as soon as they got there. The men really wanted to see that one. The army marched until they were almost on top of Feng Mei the red haired girl sat there in a Chinese outfit that made the men whisper to each other. Feng Mei didn't move it appeared she was sleeping, though a few knew that there was no way she would let her guard down like that. A group of soldiers stepped forward and tried to hail the girl to see if she was awake and when she didn't respond they moved to apprehend her. They never saw it coming. She was extremely fast her, hands were like lighting in a instant she had broken their weapons, shattered their armor and put the human warriors on their backs before any of them could get a shout off. A slow clap sounded from the ranks of the soldiers and they parted like the red sea as Alexia strode forward smiling.

"Oh your good, a platoon of humans down in one second very impressive...but what if I sent a vampire at you?" Alexia asked her smile friendly. Feng Mei grinned at that and looked up to answer to the new face.

"I'd crush them as well, send me your best I'll still win!" She said her fangs gleaming as she went into a Tai chi stance. Alexia blinked and snapped her fingers and a Vampiric warrior stepped forward and removed his armor and threw his weapon to the ground. Fend Mei had her back to him and just smiled as he charged and tried to grapple her. That was when she moved, like a serpent in water moving unseen her body danced it's way across the vampiri's assault. She twisted under his reach a sliding motion her feet kicking up dirt slightly obscuring their forms, as she ended up behind him and punched him in the kidney, jabbed her fingers in between his ribs and then tripped him letting the vampire crash to the ground. Alexia was clapping before the fallen Vampiri had even managed that, she had saw what had happened while her army was still wondering why the vampiri was now flat on his back,moaning pitifully.

"Why don't you entertain me some more?" Alexia asked stepping forward this time she intended to fight the lone warrior. The army tensed up and all eye's were on the duo. Feng Mei grinned and went into a different stance, still Tai chi.

"Very well, if your up for it..." She said breathing out slowly. Feng Mei moved first but she moved slowly for the sake of her opponent and instantly realized her mistake when some of her hair had flown away, cut through. Alexia stood their looking like she'd just thrown a javelin. Feng Mei smiled, so she wasn't slow after all. Feng Mei moved forward and punched at Alexai who jumped back, another energy spear forming in her hand As Feng Mei's own hands glowed. Alexia attacked swinging the spear as if it was an actual weapon rather than a energy projectile.

Feng Mei grabbed the energy weapon with her glowing hand and flipped over it attempting a spin kick on Alexia while tugging the spear weapon towards her Alexia let go and snapped her fingers the spear glowing bright and exploding giving Feng Mei enough time to look at it then look back at Alexia glaring. "I hate you" She managed before the explosion cut her off and threw her against the tree. Feng Mei grinned fiercely and started to get up. Mean while Alexia was in the process of creating a new Energy weapon, Feng Mei grinned at Alexia who smiled back.

"Like it? It's called a Vlad strike...my own creation, a weapon made of my own destructive energy." Alexia said holding it horizontally in front of her. Feng Mei spat out some blood, as the inspection did a bit more damage than she expected.

"Oh it's impressive alright very... A great example of Negative energy and creative use thereof...but how about you show me your positive energy I know you got more up your sleeve than that." She said reaching up the tree and pulling down a Chinese axe brandishing it in front of her. Alexia cocked her head to the side at this as if trying to understand rules to a new game.

"Positive? Well I can do this..." She said as her form rippled and suddenly another Feng Mei standing in front of the original. The real Feng Mei blinked as she distinguished the differences in their respective appearances. Feng Mei's own eye's were currently red as she was in battle mode but Alexia's were now blue that was one difference. Another was that Feng Mei's shoulders were sleeveless but Alexia's had some type of frills on them kind Victorian looking, That's two. Three Feng Mei was wearing Trousers under her outfit that cover her legs while Alexia was showing hers off. The fourth was that Alexia's bust was pronounced more by the V cup. Impressive and apparently there was no need for Alexia to copy Feng Mei exactly.

"Nice, I think that's the best I've looked in a while...Did you get my bust right? My body is perfect so we should compare before continuing..no maybe we shouldn't, if there is another true me running around my perfect body will have lost it's uniqueness. Can't have that only I'm allowed to be so wonderful!" She said throwing the axe into the air and rushing Alexia who dodged Feng Mei's rush and followed up by blocking her punches and kicks Alexia made a sweeping kick and tripped Feng Mei who only just managed to stop her self from hitting the ground with her hand. She bucked launching her feet at Alexia's chest throwing her back. Alexia slammed into one of her soldiers who had thrown away his shield to catch her.

"You all right mam'?" He asked holding her gently as he waited for her response.

"I'm fine thank you you can let go of my chest now however delicious they are, They are helping me in this fight so..." She said grinning as he suddenly let go earning him a laugh from Alexia.

"S-sorry mam'! I didn't mean- I apologize..." He said as she giggled and felt over his cheek, making him blush.

"Don't worry about it I'm irresistible right?" She said apparently transforming into Feng Mei got a bit of her personality. Alexia walked back into the fight and looked herself over. "You know I've been wondering what I'd look like as an adult...I think I wouldn't mind this form real nic-" She was cut off by Feng Mei's fist.

"Letting your guard down bab-" Feng Mei managed before Alexia's fist came back and caught her in the jaw. They began going back and forth like that blow for blow block for block until Alexia transformed back and threw a Vlad Strike at Feng Mei's feet, exploding and once again throwing her against the cherry tree. Feng Mei growled and charged Alexia for all she was worth trying to punch her again. This time Alexia just caught her hand and jabbed her in the stomach. Feng Mei was finally starting to tire.

"Your running out of steam...could it be that your not at full power I know your stronger than this..." Alexia said Grabbing another punch from Feng Mei and throwing it aside harmlessly. Feng Mei growled frustrated and threw a ball of energy at Alexia who deflected it with her Vlad strike. She kicked Feng Mei in the gut the power of the blow obvious as the majority of the front lines forced a flinch and small stumble from the force. Alexia had knocked Feng Mei on her ass in front of her tree, it was the first time Alexia notice that the tree was on a cliff. She raised her Vlad strike at Feng Mei's throat and stood their a moment as the scarlet haired woman glared and snarled at her. She wasn't at full power she was stronger than this...So what to do? Feng Mei struggled to keep up and made eye contact with Alexia, something clicked in Alexia's mind. The Vampiri lowered her weapon and offered Feng Mei her hand. "So where do you come from?" She asked in a friendly tone all signs of battle gone. Feng Mei could only look at Alexia awkwardly.

"No where..." Feng Mei said not putting her hand forward. Alexia smiled at this and took her hand anyways. Feng Mei looked up at alexia confused as to the sudden show.

"No where? No that's not good at all...well...your Now Here..." She said pulling her up and walking her through the army She had gathered the Men cheering as the walked past, obviously they respected The defeated guardian of the Cherry Tree...

"W-what are you?" Feng Mei stammered confused, she wasn't sure what had just happened and the applause and welcoming from the army was only confusing.

"You need a home...so I'm inviting you into mine...welcome Feng You Mei-tang, Girl from no where, Guardian of the the only Japanese tree in Europe you have many titles and I want you to stay with me and my sister, Selina she really needs a role model, someone wise and kind with more experience an knowledge than me...someone to play with. Someone to be her friend...she really does..." Alexia said...helping her newest addition to her army toward her new home.

"So you choose me? You have a funny definition of experience and wisdom." Feng Mei chuckled lightly.

"Maybe so..." Was Alexia's only response.

Present Day

Feng Mei smiled, she remembered that much. It was actually pretty funny she was the first of Alexia's knights and by far the oldest She had definitely been alive longer than the other two and yet Abby was only the second because Alexia and her got separated and couldn't find each other for a while She nodded to herself. "yeah But I'm missing something hmmm let's see what else is there?..."

After Aexia Gained her First Knight

"Madame Lycans are attacking They've declared we've trespassed and are attacking our men as we advance!" A young soldier said out of breath and ragged he must have ran from the front lines to deliver this message. Alexia looked at Feng Mei who gave a slight nod and left she was wearing her armor, obviously she was heading for the front lines.

"Give the word the army is to pull back I will handle this..." Alexia said standing up and following Feng Mei out towards the front lines. The young man nodded and began running again he was definitely enthusiastic that was good she enjoyed having enthusiastic people around. At the front lines Lycans in their wolf forms were tearing through the human soldiers like wet paper. "Pfft Over powered jack asses." She muttered as she came onto the scene she looked around and despite the obvious move to retreat the wolves were not leaving Alexia's army alone. "Halt wolves We are leaving your territory there is no reason for you to continue your attack!" Alexia shouted actually causing the wolves to stop and stare at the two women standing on the battle field. The wolves moved to attack and Alexia's Vlad Strike thrown by Feng Mei had stuck one in the chest and exploded throwing the burning wolf a good fifty feet. The wolves stopped again cautious now since they hadn't seen either of the warriors move and only noticed the Feng Mei had thrown it since she grinned slightly when it hit, they were good at reading body language. The wolves seemed more inclined to talk now that one of them had been burned for their arrogance.

"Vampiric bitch...this territory is ours we have made that clear time and time again, your intrusion is a declaration of war! You come in full guard and kill one of us and then act shocked when we fight back-" He got caught off by and explosion at his feet Alexia had pointed her hand at them and focused her energy there until it exploded forth. The wolf had jumped back and Alexia had the floor as soon as he stopped talking Alexia put her foot down.

"Don't feed me that bullshit! I was never made aware of the Lycan boundaries, and there was never any attempt to deter me from entering your land before I got near. Now here's where I stand, my people and I making are living for ourselves are moving through the lands and as we go through what we think is uninhabited area when we are attacked by a bunch of mangy mutts who claim we are attacking them so we pull back but that's isn't enough for the blood thirsty mutts they want blood so in order to protect the people under my charge I fry one. But think about this logically... If I'm attacking you, if I want you dead, then why aren't you?" She said menacingly she had enough of these pathetic excuses for wolves they were lapdogs at best.

"Because despite our aversion to getting blasted, we are too powerful for you to kill outright. Maybe you should go home little girl who knows what could happen to a pretty one like your self in wolf territoRIIIIIIIII!!!" it was at this point Feng Mei had had enough. She rushed forward and slammed her fist into the wolves balls then without missing a beat slammed that same fist into his moth breaking many of his teeth as he was pushed back. She stood up to continue but Alexia muttered and Feng Mei simply stopped her assault.

"You insult Madame Alexia again and next time I won't mind keeping you alive so I can personally make sure you'll never insult her again..." She spat returning to Alexia's side. This caused Alexia break out into laughter holding her hand next to her cheek she grinned at the wolves who were shock by Feng Mei's outburst.

"My Knight is fast, no? I guess you have to ask yourself...'if this is just her servant how much power does the Master really have?' hmmm? Maybe I should let you have a taste?...No?...No. I wouldn't want to start a war with your kind this little display of violence between us is a simple disagreement. We'll both leave perfectly content with the outcome won't we?" She asked her eye's flashing brightly She was excited and plotting already. To her lycans were just another conquerable species and she had some idea how to do it too. The Hellion controlled the lycans... she could simply make him an addict and then have it so that any new Hellion would have to go through her. It wasn't an ideal plan but she didn't want the lycan's yet, no point in it now she could wait. The lycans were backing down for now...their Hellion must not be the confrontational type..or maybe he was bipolar she knew from the stories her mother told her that Lycans were heavily affected by their leader.

"We'll be back Vampire we will be back our Hellion won't stand for this." What was who She thought the head wolf was said as he left.

"Then make sure you got a bed ready for him cause if he wants to fight I'll gladly hospitalize him." She retorted grinning in retrospect this was a very ironic comment.


Later while Feng Mei was babysitting Selina, Alexia was working hard despite her armies strength she was gaining control by secretive means rather than by force which meant that she had plenty of fall backs if things went south for the winter. "Excuse me could someone get me me tea? My throat is getting dry." she said not taking her eye's from her work as a single soldier rose to do her bidding. When he returned she smelled the Tea before drinking as there had been a few attempts on her life this way, though by now no one took offense to it. She took a drink and instantly her demeanor changed. "AHHH THIS IS GREAT!" She said suddenly holding it up causing Feng Mei to freak slightly startle by the sudden noise, falling out of her chair holding Selina who was now laughing. "You guys are really great!" She said referring to her soldiers. "I don't require you to serve and yet you guys are out there everyday marching, drilling, hell you've even been attacked and yet no one deserts what did I do to get such loyalty?" She asked taking another drink as the large soldier who had made her drink grinned and patted her head.

"It's simple madame..." he said a friendly smile on his face. "Your just so cute any real man would jump into a lycans mouth for a face like that!" The room got quiet and everyone's attention was now on the Soldier and Alexia.

" ' ' I think your absolutely right I am cute aren't I? But that can be the only reason. A cute face is all good and well until your injured." She said grinning as it turned out the large soldier and her went back and forth like this often and this was the first time that anyone had heard it besides them. Everyone was paying attention to see this phenomena in person.

"Ahhh Milady it's for your bedside manor waking up to that radiant smile after being ripped apart by a horrific enemy only strengthens the soul and as a Spartan I must say it's a great glory and preparation for the next battle!" He said sitting down across from her as she pulled out a chess game and set up the pieces the second stage had started.

"You are truly too kind my friend! I feel so appreciated when you put it like that. but tell me what of those who lose their sight?" She asked making a move on the board a simple starting move with the pawn.

"Your presence is gift enough milady your wonderful aura can possibly restore their sight anyways why my lieutenant got his eyesight out of pure force of will just to gaze on your face again!" They continued like this often and it was at this point Feng Mei and Selina began watching Alexia had more pawns than she should and she had no king and only one knight. While the soldier had a normal set. After a while it became apparent what was happening, Alexia was using her queen as her king and the Soldier was attempting to capture her. Since the queen had such a great attack range this should have been impossible due to Alexia's strategic genius, but as she watched Feng Mei noticed that Alexia was protecting her pawns and rooks more often than her queen, in fact she purposely put the queen in danger to save a pawn and the knight that accompanied the queen was also protected above the queen herself. Feng Mei watched as the soldier's strategy hit Alexia like a tidal wave, it was brutal and meant to cause heavy casualties on the enemy side. Feng Mei could see the battle a queen protecting all she had despite her own personal loss protecting her soldiers and her only knight as if they were much more important than herself. Feng Mei looked at Alexia who was stumped She wasn't sure how to continue she really couldn't move into any area with out losing something there was a way where Alexia could easily take the king by sacrificing her knight and Feng Mei would've pointed it out but a simple look and it was obvious she knew about it but refused to go that path. Instead she moved the queen in the sacrificial position instead. The soldier gave a sad smile and had a piece close in when Feng Mei took the knight and Moved it in the way so the queen could continue unhampered, and smiled at Alexia.

"Let us give back to you once in a while Alexia, don't think of us as children who need to be protected we can take care of ourselves...we know what were getting into..." She said quietly so that only Alexia could hear. The Soldier had a big grin on his face and closed the trap on the knight. In response Alexia took the king.

"It seems that I win..." She said quietly as the soldier smiled at her. She knew he was gonna say something but what it was she wasn't sure she usually put herself in the trap and lost and he said nothing.

"Congratulations I reveal that your knight was too powerful for my rook to take... there was no great loss this battle milady. You worry too much and by taking the king you saved the rest of your troops who likely wouldn't make it out if you were taken...did you realize that? they would've continued even harder once you were gone..." He said standing up and leaving. Alexia hadn't thought of that she always assumed that once the leader was taken the others would simply stop seeing no point in it anymore, but that idea that her soldiers would continue to fight even if she was lost...comforting but a terrible thought. Feng Mei grinned at Alexia.

"You would've ordered me to stay back right? I'm not good at following orders the monks always got mad at me for disobeying their instructions I do what I think is best." She said laughing Alexia looked at her knight and smiled. Alexia was a child, she definitely was and often she needed someone to remind her of that. She had a great friend, didn't she?

Agred Sat down as he listened to the report a border pack attacked the army of a vampiri and were driven back by only the leader and her so-called knight interesting, as if things hadn't been bad enough. Now the vampiri wanted a piece of his territory as well... according to the reports she had childlike stature not too young but not too old, a tempting mix. He licked his fangs and gave a series of orders she was to be ignored until her entire army had made it's way into one of their territories other wise he had no problem with their intrusion. He wasn't going to waste his forces on skirmishes his end would end up losing, not out of worry for his troops but more strategic way of thinking. The truth was he didn't really care for any Lycan period and they all knew it he was hated for this fact and it didn't bother him. Attempts on his life weren't Lycan style and there was currently no Lycan strong enough to take him on he would be comfortable in his seat for a time to come. Agred looked around his grey eye's scanning the castle he owned he had loup garou invaders not too long ago and it was a treat when they attacked him because he could add another group too is personal army...

A lone lycan stood before him glaring at him with Emerald eye's She hated him more than anyone else which was why he kept her close so he could watch her...and abuse her...both he enjoyed. She hated him with a passion anyone could feel she wanted him to die in a horrific manner and wanted to be there to watch it happen. No one is quiet sure exactly what Agred did to the young Lycan but it was clear that it did a number on her. Some say he raped her. Pure silver hair was a rarity in Lycan community and it was said that they signified the descendants of the Original Hellion and they should be treated as such and this was his way of spitting on this tradition as well. Others figured that he tortured her daily as she was covered in scars that could be attributed to old lycan torture devices..the list of horrifics goes on and on and the guess never really found any closer the Young girl soon died and Agred never mentioned her afterwards.

Present Day

Feng Mei had just repelled another wave of the infected she Showed her fangs at the remaining ones still trying to get closer. They were undeterred by her display of aggression and rushed her, just like that time. Just like then.

Before Alexia's reunion with her Friend Abigial.

The lieutenant slammed into the ground hard, finding that his metal armor was simply a shell against his opponent. He lifted himself up slowly and glared at the woman who had dared assault Him, HIM of all people the kings finest lieutenant! Just who did she think she was anyways? Calling herself a knight? What king did she follow? None! She had no king she followed the rule of another woman who dared to believe she could rule the world. Dared to try and muscle in on the king's territory. Dared to even think that even if he submitted that his sodiers would also and then sent her knight her offering a so-called "Hand of friendship." He would destroy her! The lieutenant threw off his armor and brandished his blade once again. Feng Mei stared at the lieutenant and his troops and sighed.

"I'm not here to fight you Alexia simply wishes for you to honor her and your kings agreement. Please do not step on this." She said putting her hand out to the lieutenant. She had no intentions of fighting them but if he continued to attack her she'd disable him.

"Burn in hell wretch!" He said slashing at Feng Mei who tapped the blade with her finger redirecting it into the ground and then she grasped the lieutenant in a crushing bear hug. He kneed Feng Mei in the stomach knocking her back and drew his knife and glaring at the young woman. Suddenly the air got heavy as if the air was trying to pin the lieutenant to the ground. He grunted and saw Feng Mei her face was a visage of rage She rushed the man and slammed into him throwing him into his men. The helped him up and spread away so he could continue his fight. He launched the knife from his hand towards her face. there was a clinking noise as Feng Mei bent backwards as if hit then stopped short of falling. She righted herself holding the blade in her teeth. the man stares as he saw her fangs on full display looking more like sharp tooth like cones than teeth. She spat the weapon out and rushed the man again drawing her fist back before soft sob escaped her.

"Why?... Why won't you listen to me? I don't want to hurt you! Stop it! Stop this can't you see? This agreement was made so you wouldn't have to lay down your lives! No one wants you to die..." She threw a punch and stopped short of smashing in the lieutenant skull. Her gaze was hard almost vengeful as she stared into the man's soul. He glared back looking into her scarlet eyes seeing her reaction. "I've seen to many good warriors die... MOST OF THEM WITHOUT A GOOD REASON!! SO STAND DOWN!" At this many of the soldiers stood still shocked at Feng Mei's outburst. She was shaking slightly she was likely on the verge of tears obviously something horrific had happened not too long ago. "Please..." She almost begged her voice becoming soft and pleasant again. The lieutenant frowned and slammed his fist down his mind was traveling at a hundred miles per hour.

"Fine We'll stand down...but only because as much as I may hate you at the moment I can not stand to see a woman cry."



"Hiroi uchuu no kazu aru hitotsu

chiisana shima no anata no moto e" Alexia's voice chimed softly as she walked through her temporary headquarters her body movements were rather elegant she had a apathetic look on her face. She walked through the corridors bouncing with each step. moving her body to an ancient melody one she heard often as a child.

toki ni setsunaku" She begun to dance slowly not doing much and nodded to Feng Mei who had just returned. Alexia dancing was a rare sight and Her ability allowed her to know things that would happen in the future this song she knew of it's importance it would be popular yes but the deeper meaning in it would be acknowledged by the young Vampiri.

yasashii uta wa sekai wo kaeru~" At this Point Feng Mei Looked over to see Abbigail who had also been singing with Alexia. She was about to ask who she was and how she got in when she realized that she was Alexia's friend. Feng Mei stood down and watched the performance the two singers harmonizing effortlessly on this blood red moonlit night.

hora hora hora hibike koi no uta" As the lines were spoke a small figure rushed out towards Alexia who dodged not stopping her song for an instant, knives flying at the Vampiri the small shadow dancing with Alexia as she sung. The blades aimed to kill and Alexia simply playing with the small assailant. Feng Mei watched and would intervene at the moment Alexia ordered her to. The order never came...

Alexia blocked another knife with her claws and slashed at the dark shadow revealing a young girl wearing a vampire hunter's robe. Feng Mei was surprised at this and prepared herself then she saw the child's face. A wave of emotion hit her suddenly and she now felt conflicted.

The Young girl had the face of her...Feng Mei pushed that thought away they died a while ago she shouldn't be having images of them now. Feng Mei foot moved forwards just an inch and stopped she wasn't ready to move forward and Alexia hadn't given the order. Why hadn't she given the order?

anata to sugoshita toki eien no hoshi to naru" Feng Mei Shook her head as Alexia continued to sing the words were japanese? they seemed familiar the meaning was sweet and naive. Feng Mei thought for a second she was crying.

Feng Mei was there before she had time to process the thought. Taking the child up in her arms protectively she saw a satisfied smiled on her mistress lips. As if this was suposse to happen.

"And that's exactly what I expected. Feng Mei... she's your responsibility train her well...this young girl needs a family and we are more than happy to welcome her into ours..." She said walking away humming the melody her wings keeping her from touching the ground completely. Feng Mei looked down at the gril who had lost her will to fight stunned by the intervention of the crimson haired knight. Feng Mei smiled at the girl.

"And what's your name?" The dragon spirit asked in a kind motherly voice.

"A-adelaide... Vendetta... I am called Rose..." She muttered nervously.

"What a strange name, is it really your name?" Feng Mei asked softly.

"I was named after my mother she has a strange one..." She said looking confused.

"It's a fine name. Now why did you attack my mistress?" She asked softly a kind tone in her voice.

"I-i thought that she was the one who destroyed my home, but I was wrong she's too kind... I could tell she could have killed me at any time. She didn't ever really attack me." The tiny rose said. Feng Mei smiled.

"Yes, she is isn't she?" She asked picking up the young girl and taking her to her quarters.

Rose struggled with the blades Feng Mei gave her to use. they were heavy as if made out of lead it annoyed her she didn't like their weight made it hard to move But Feng Mei had insisted and she said it in the tone of voice that her mother used when convincing her to eat vegetables. She sighed Feng Mei was like her mother now, she was kind and strict and seemed to know what was best for her. Feng Mei really did take care of her from giving her clothes to doing her hair. Feng Mei must've sacrificed a lot of time to take care of her and train her.Rose sighed she was a bother she even attacked Feng Mei's friend she just caused trouble. She bumped into one of the fairies Alexia used as cleaning maids and got chew out. She sighed, even the fairies thought she just got in the way. She saw Feng Mei throwing what looked like a lycan out of the front gate and blinked. She was always trying her hardest wasn't she? Rose decided that she had to at least be able to claim that she worked as hard as Feng Mei did. With this vow she began working as hard as her human body would allow, then she learned to push herself past that.

"This is our territory leave." The man said simply at Feng Mei and Alexia. Alexia had been thrown around a few times and obviously wasn't happy Feng Mei was tied up beating the living crap out of the mans honor guard.

"I thought I told you to mark your territory clearly then how am I suppose to know where it ends and begins?" She snarled back at him. The Man chuckled and shook his head.

"Honestly? You aren't, you invade I use it as an excuse to test you men . Your defenses. You." The man grinned and drew back his fist. "But since you came all the way here I should show you out...personally" He said getting ready to punch her skull in. Alexia was having none of that and drew her hand back

"Briona-" Suddenly the man screamed as blades ripped into his chest. Alexia blinked, she hadn't attacked yet, that was weird she hadn't drawn the weapon she had been born connected to and her opponent was alread mortally wounded. Wait a second.

"kindly do not raise a hand against Alexia again or I will be forced to remove it." The young human said holding a tea platter in her right hand her other one drawing more blades from the same platter. "Mistress I have prepared your tea. As Well as Feng Mei's Snack." She said calmly. Alexia grinned and stood up nodding.

"Very well and thank you my little Rose." She said taking her cup from the maid as she drew near. "Agred you seem to be under the impression that I easy to attack. I apologize for you have been given a false impression. Feng Mei If you are done playing with your new pets your Rose has something for you." She said smiling as Feng Mei tossed the lycan on top of her away running to Rose.

"Sorry I guess I lost track of what was going on." She apologized to rose who gave her a snack.

"Don't worry if you can't stop an attacker I will do my best in your stead Feng Mei." Rose said smiling.

"You're all grown up aren't you?" Feng Mei grinned patting the maid on the head. "Let us clean up this mess that sound good?"

"Cleaning with the Head Maid? Of course, that sounds wonderful!" She said the platter dissapearing to be replaced by more blades.

"So I got stabbed so what?" Agred growled, Alexia grinned in response snapping her fingers her tea cup shattering a large spear replacing it.

"So BRIONAC!" She shouted slashing Agred across the chest then suddenly moving in close punching him in the chest wounds throwing him away from her. Alexia had had enough of him her next goal was to steam roll over the Lycans and remove them as a threat all together.



"Oh my dear friend Alexia, you get angry so quickly find me soon love~ You'll need my help in the comming conquest." Abigail Panmentis said from her grimoire as she watched the fight she liked her Friend's new allies they seemed competent and even better they'd do her work. "Karmen, Dain, make sure no one but my friend opens this book.

"Yes Mistress." Came the dual reply of the succubus and the Oni. This would be getting fun soon.
