One fourth Power Form: This is his minor Released form, its not even 25% even though he says it is, its actually 5% of his power. At this stage hes capapble of destroying Worlds with words. And Gods with punches.

One Fourth power Form Duce: This is his true 25% power form. and at this stage he can practicly destroy solar systems with singular attacks if using a blade. Arch-Gods without trying.

Half power form: Rarely ever seen, and used even rarer, this is Mooch at 50% power, At this power if unchecked he could easily destroy galaxies, Being twice as powerfull and only used once unknown what it could kill.

Lets do this!: This is his 55% power form, Its actually power wise six times more powerfull then his 50% power form. Hes only used it once, and when he did he exterminated an entire Race of beings capable of slaying Arch-Gods, with one blow....

Time to get Serious: This is Mooch at 80% power, and has never been recorded, let alone seen, There are storys however of a being who destroyed part of the Diemension he lived in so hard that it actually repaired itself and cracked into two diffrent Diemensions upon that singular point.

Overdrive AKA The 1st Gate: The Gate of Anger: 110% Mooch has used this once, and when he did He used the Diemension itself as a weapon and beat the most powerfull being in the Diemension he comes from so hard that they died, twice, came back, and then went back through time to a singular point of the diemension where time ended and began thus destroying him fornever. Confirmed to be over 200x more powerfull then 100%.....Not confirmed if this is the limit of Mooches full power, as hes never actually gone to his limit.
This is just the strongest we've seen.

Living .Intelligence .Speeding .(implied Through) Time: (L.I.S.T); this form makes mooches armor go for all speed, capapble of matching the Embodiment of speeds max speed if givin time. The longer this mode is active the faster it gets. changes D.E.A.G.L.E.'s into Macine pistols.

Suit .That. Rends. Open. People .He .Eats.: (S.T.R.O.P.H.E.): This mode can be seen as a duel class kind of situation, Duel weilding gunzerker, who is capapble of absorbing living matter to heal itself. D.E.A.G.L.E.'s turn into a shotgun, and also a rifle mode.

Endling Mode Mooch's Halfling blood comes out when he rages beyond reason, It makes him so powerfull even his father fears him, and his father is one hell of a endling.

"Who the christ are you?" Drake asks, Serenity on one side of him, Ragnarok laying nearby.
"MY NAME IS MATTHEW NEIL EVERCROSS, AND I AM THE LAST CHRONICLER!" Mooch yelled pulling his goggles onto his face.

"PREPARE TO HAVE YOUR ASS KICKED!" Mooch yelled back at him.
"......What?" Drake is now seriously confused, but he grabs serenity and Ragnarok and prepares for combat.
"I SAID PREPARE TO HAVE YOUR ASS KICKED FOOL!"
The energy from the two swords, were exact opposites. Due to this space time couldnt handle the amount of negitive power they created. Behind Drake a worm hole opened, that wormhole was orange, and began to attempt to suck in Drake, it threw off his balance.
Mooch ran up the steps of the tower and raised his foot to his chest preparing to kick.
"THIS IS MADNESS!" Drake yelled, images of where the portal was from flashing into his eyes as it started to win.
"SEND MY BROTHER A MESSEGE!" Mooch yelled at Drake.
"WHAT!?" Drake was way confused now.
"THIS! IS! ORCICIOUS!" Mooch yelled back at him as he kicked Drake in the chest sending the Angel flying into the wormhole into the Crazy spectrum, the two blades falling in opposite directions.
"Bitch" Mooch muttered as he watched the wormhole close.
"He got lucky" Morgen muttered from behind him.
"Yes...he very much did, Although I wouldnt wish the crazy spectrum on anyone" Mooch muttered raising the goggles.

History:
Mooch has died, He was killed by his older brother Mettaesyn, who is now deceased consumed by the end.
As Mooch laid dead two beings consisted the Full A.N.G.E.L.S. suit, half of it was upset half of it didnt care. The half that was upset bonded with Mooch and resurected him. allowing him to make his adventures last till now.
Mooch has had a long historic past, being involved in every major conquest airing from the birth of the human race.
He belives hes a super hero type character made to protect the beings of Orcicious and Earth from absolute destruction.
During his adventures he married Morgen.

He doesnt belive in a no win scenario.
